Aluminium deck 1400 kg/m²

The TM440XL deck is a robust modular deck with water and fire protection, certified for a load capacity of 1400 kg/m² (2x1 m: 2800 kg). It features a durable extruded aluminum frame and a 21 mm thick birch plywood panel with a non-slip surface and sealed edges. Two metal connectors (TMU-01 and TMU-02) are included.

The TM440XL deck has a 21 mm thick birch plywood panel with a non-slip surface and wire mesh pattern. It is coated with phenolic resin to be weather, water, and fire-resistant, as well as chemical-resistant. The edges are sealed with black acrylic paint and silicone to prevent water infiltration and enhance durability.

The TM440XL deck features a heavy-duty high-strength aluminum frame with 4 internal reinforcing ribs and a multifunctional rail design for easy attachment of accessories. The plywood panel is secured with adhesive foam, stainless steel screws, and silicone to prevent noise and vibrations and improve weather resistance.
