Product Information

The TM300 deck features a weather-resistant 15 mm thick, high-quality Finnish birch plywood panel. The panel has a non-slip surface with a wire mesh pattern printed through a hot pressing process; each layer is coated with phenolic resin, making it resistant to adverse weather conditions and moisture (WBP). The panel is treated to be water and fire resistant, as well as protected against commonly used chemicals; these features ensure the highest level of resistance and durability for both indoor and outdoor use. To further extend the panel's lifespan, all edges are sealed with black acrylic paint and silicone to prevent water infiltration.

The TM300 deck has a robust frame made from high-quality extruded aluminium with reinforced ribs for extra durability. The multifunctional design with continuous rails allows for quick connection and easy attachment of various accessories. The panel is secured with adhesive foam, stainless steel screws, and silicone to reduce noise and vibrations while enhancing weather resistance.

Our TM300 platforms are certified for a load capacity of 750 kg/m² by DEKRA and comply with safety standards such as DIN 15921, 2001/95/CE, and DGUV for stage installations. Testing has been conducted with a safety factor of 1.95 and a load of 2,925 kg.
